Bad Boy
My favorite Walter Dean Myer's story was Bad Boy. It is a memoir of Walter and how he overcame his problems. He was a true example of a person who makes a lot of mistakes, and learns from them. Every mistake he made, he was assured not to do it again. For example, when he jumped off the roof of the church building he hurt his feet but did not tell his parents; he was in pain making the situation worse. It turned out he broke the heels of both feet. This was a great read. Why not pick it up and give it a read!

This was a great read and I too would recommend the novel. Not only is it a good read, it is a quick read for those of you who do not like to read. It is funny as all get out!

ReplyDeleteIt seems like an interesting book. WOW he would actually jump off a church, man he was crazy back then. He doesnt, even tell his parent that he is in pain, thats a silly choose.
