risk taking
In my class (315) we have been talking about risk taking and how some people need to take risks. People take risks in many different ways, like, student council. They had to step up and say they will take a risk and be the ones to represent their class. Also when people try things to get extra credit even if its hard they still try without complaining about it. The biggest risk that all the students took was getting in front of their classes and doing an oral presentation. How do you take a risk on your own without any one telling you to do so?

ReplyDeleteI agree with you on this one Desirae because risk taking is going to be apart of everyones life now and in the fututre. It's hard but it's worth it.

ReplyDeleteFirst you have to think about the risk you are taking then tell yourself you can do it,you have to be positive.
ReplyDeleteI think to take a risk you need to believeing your self . Take pride and what your doing . Be confident , never give up no matter how hard it is . Me doing the oral presentation was kinda hard for me because im not use to it . I would have to say this was like the first serious persentation I had to do and actually worth a grade. I think I did ok I could of done better . I got a D but you always gotta think on the bright side a D is way better than a F . F is basically your failing and a warning that you a re doing really really bad . But if you belive anything , anything is posible . You never know .
ReplyDeleteThe way i take risk on my own without anyone telling me to do so is by taking a deep breath, thinking about what im about to do and if it's the right choice im just going to do it, and believe in myself.
ReplyDeleteEveryone has to try something new at some point, but first they have to have confidence and know and believe who they are.

I have taken many risks myself and before I take these risks I talk to my self about them, no matter how weird that might sound it definitely works for me.
